We are seeking a highly motivated Tactical Planner to join our team. You job will include prioritizing and managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously. You will have the responsibility to coordinate project work with all necessary parties. Primarily, you will identify, document, and validate document/records management requirements.

On any given day, you may be called on to:

## **Plan**

+ Contribute to the development of the Facilities and Emergency Management (F&EM) Center information management strategic plan.
+ Coordinate with the Program Office and Process Coordinators to ensure controlled documents are reviewed and approved for use.
+ Maintain the F&EM Center Records Management Guide.
+ Train and qualify Document Owners and the Office of Record (OOR) to maintain and file their records (hard copy and electronic).
+ Integrate the Emergency Management Program documents and records into the F&EM Center program as appropriate.

## Do

+ Manage F&EM and file documents and records; implement the records management system across all F&EM operations.
+ Manage administrative and technical interfaces between the Records Management IT system and customers; ensure the accuracy and completeness of data, access restrictions, and support tools; formulate database query and retrieval scripts.
+ Prioritize work requests; assist with filing, retrieving, and disposing of records; coordinate, validate, and migrate electronic information.
+ Using the established F&EM FileNet index structure, enter, review and analyze metadata including filename conventions, access restrictions, and document and record attributes.
+ Ensure the IT Liaison supports a viable, robust records management system.
+ Comply with established F&EM processes including those that address document management, project management, and information management.

## **Check**

+ Establish measures and perform assessments to ensure process compliance by Document Owners and delegated Office of Records (OOR).
+ Analyze and Report Performance of F&EM Records Management program.
+ Provide input to the Monthly Leadership Meeting and Quarterly Business Review meeting.
+ Support investigations, audits and assessments by retrieving evidence.
+ Establish and maintain customer satisfaction with services provide.

## **Act**

+ Respond to FileNet technical issues by conducting secondary research and analysis; interpret and summarize results; coordinate with corporate database administrators.
+ Coordinate with the Process Coordinators and IT to identify opportunities to automate process with technologies that improve work efficiencies and mission support.
+ Communicate significant Records Management initiatives and accomplishments.


+ Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of experience managing organizational electronic documentation/information; or a High School diploma plus eight (8) years of experience managing organizational electronic documentation/information; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L-level security clearance.


+ Knowledge of Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Information Technology.
+ Knowledge of relational IT DBA duties, databases, SQL queries, PHP server-side scripting, HTML and CSS.
+ Effective leadership, teaming, and project management skills, including the ability to successfully plan, coordinate, lead, and monitor team efforts.
+ Effective work prioritization and task execution in a high-pressure environment.
+ Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
+ Understanding of records management principles and regulatory requirement.
+ Functionally in EIMS File Net.

Department Description:

The Strategic and Technical Operations department teams with Facilities leaders and managers to improve customer satisfaction through their use of the Facilities process-based Quality Management System (QMS). Utilizing the QMS processes and tools ensures consistent and predictable results. The department helps plan for business needs, supports major initiatives, and provides centralized resources for requirements management, risk management, publications, process design, training, measures and metrics, audits and assessments, corrective actions, lessons learned, communications, information technology, records, and continual improvement.

Security Clearance:
