Manages, develops, and validates acceptance messaging. He/she will also be responsible for supporting leadership with planning, communicating and executing on strategic objectives.\u003C/p\u003E Responsibilities \u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAnalyzes data and multi-source information. Develops actionable messaging about the company\u0027s global acceptance.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELeads the research and analysis of competitive intelligence insights, as well as content development and messaging for meetings and external conferences.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManages acceptance messaging and relationships with industry analysts and research partners.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELeads strategic initiatives and drives implementation of process improvements and tools supporting global acceptance.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELeads the global acceptance support team/initiative that measures, tracks, reports on acceptance and market intelligence messaging.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMaintains historical and auditable documentation substantiating claims messaging.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESupports enterprise acceptance growth sales cycle, sales initiatives, account plans, and market forecasting.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelops presentations to support leadership.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E Minimum Qualifications \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EAt a minimum, here\u0027s what we need from you:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree in Finance, Business\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E5\u002B years of experience in Payment Card Industry and previous management experience\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIn lieu of a degree, 5\u002B years of Payment Card Industry and previous management experience; ability to drive process, project, and results by influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders; strong leadership, teamwork, management, and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to gather insights and deliver analysis to senior leadership; experience in sales, client support and/or customer experience\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E Preferred Qualifications \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EIf we had our say, we\u0027d also look for:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMaster\u0027s Degree in Finance, Business\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EStrong knowledge of Network Processing/Acceptance/Payment Services\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EUnderstanding of Payment Services business model\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skills; strategic mindset\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EOrganizational and leadership skills\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EStrong communication skills in order to communicate at all levels\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAbility to work independently in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment \u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELean Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E The same way we treat our employees is how we treat all applicants - with respect.
