We currently have the following position available:

Product Care Team Engineer

  • Assist R&D with electrical and mechanical prototyping.
  • Assists in the specification of new product developments.
  • Assists in alpha and beta testing of new products before product launch.
  • Responsible for technical service support activities for USTER products.
  • Creates and updates technical information including product manuals and service bulletins.
  • Provides feedback to R&D about reoccurring service issues related to software and hardware.
  • Reviews and reports service cases to R&D, manufacturing, and QA.
  • Coordinates product changes and bug fixes that are related to service issues.
  • Responsible for communicating software and hardware updates to the service organization.
  • Responsible for technical training of customer and service organization technicians.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a technical or engineering field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Position requires some international and domestic travel.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical / mechanical equipment.
  • Technical writing skills required.
  • Must have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be detail oriented, have extensive electrical and mechanical technical knowledge with a strong focus on troubleshooting failure modes.
  • Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing and be comfortable communicating with international colleagues and custome
