Leads the optimization and expansion of direct marketing programs across direct mail, e-mail and affiliate advertising. Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing Analytics, Credit Risk, Creative Development, Product Development, and Campaign Processing to ensure accurate implementation of offer and test structure, list selection, and segmentation. Acts as the liaison with field employees to ensure they are aware of campaign quantities and drop dates.
