Job Description: IIS
is seeking a certified Scrum Master to join our team. Job Responsibilities will include: Planning and execution of the Program Increment (PI) Facilitating Scrum Executing Iteration Planning Assisting in building high performing Agile teams by being a servant leader and coach Coaching teams to deliver the maximum business value at scale

In addition, the Scrum Master will be a hands on software developer.

M2C2 software engineers are developing a next generation, cutting-edge, extensible framework for Mission Management, Command & Telemetry, and Flight Dynamics. Our complex domain requires innovative solutions to meet evolving customer needs. On M2C2 you will work with teams of talented engineers to develop and improve advanced algorithms that handle large data sets with complex constraints.

M2C2 engineers will gain experience with the full software lifecycle including design, development, test, delivery, and maintenance. In addition to working with other software disciplines, our developers are exposed to various technologies including multi-tiered architectures, Amazon Web Services, and geospatial visualization tools. Our program follows modern Agile/DevOps development practices and utilizing an agile framework - experience in this area is a plus. We provide robust and easy-to-use tools for reporting status and estimates to your agile team leadership - meaning more time for true problem solving.

Our small agile teams adapt to evolving problem sets, and engineers benefit from a flexible work environment where engineers can migrate between teams to contribute to new domains.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master

Minimum 8 years of experience
developing, testing, and delivering high quality software and systems
Competency in one or more of the following domains: Command and Control Systems, SAFe Scaled Agile Framework, Agile/DevOps methods and tools, Dev/Ops Team Interactions, Software development with continuous integration and automated test frameworks
Proficiency in the Java computer programming language on a Linux/Unix platform

Experience with Groovy, Angular, Java-Script
Experience working with web services
Experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like Eclipse

Experience with version control utilizing tools like GIT, Maven

Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen with a current TS/SCI clearance.

Bonus Information: This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus up to $40K for a candidate with a current TS/SCI that can be verified and hired at Raytheon.

Desired/Preferred Skills:

10+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, and/or project management
Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master
Facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement.
Experience with the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value, and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts
Familiar with practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise
Must be organized and able to prioritize task efforts
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Has a proven ability to learn quickly and works well both independently as well as in a team setting
Experience working in an agile, collaborative environment to produce deliverable products

Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services
Knowledge and/or experience with mission management/scheduling/flight dynamics
Experience working with databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL in general)
Experience working with Perl
Experience with C/C++
Experience with continual integration and continual deployment tools such as Jenkins, Puppet, Docker, and Chef

Experience with Integration and Test / Automation (e.g. CI/CD, TDD) and tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Cucumber, Docker, Puppet, Chef)

Required Education (including Major):

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics.

TS/SCI Required

This position requires a U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
