Ensures a positive awareness and understanding of benefit programs by developing, writing, and producing a variety of communications, delivered through multiple channels, to both inform, educate, and ensure compliance with required notices. Own the conceptualization, planning, and execution of all benefits communication activities coordinating with team stakeholders across all benefit programs. Maintain working relationships with internal HR and corporate communications partners, employment brand specialists, as well as manage key communications consultant vendor relationships. Develop benefits knowledge and understanding, maintain pulse on industry capabilities, and ensure communications delivery mechanisms to meet the various communication preferences of a diverse population. Demonstrate a data-driven mindset, with accountability for setting, measuring, and achieving performance metrics in order to maximize audience engagement and deliver on communication objectives.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDetermines, develops, writes, and produces a wide variety of communications targeted at a primarily internal audience such as emails, newsletters, internal announcements, informational brochures, videos, communications surrounding internal benefit events and related matters. Exhibit creativity and ability to explain complex concepts and make them relevant to multiple audiences.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelops the benefits communication strategy to increase employee awareness, knowledge and involvement of benefit activities through measurable actions. Ensure employees feel informed to make their benefits enrollment decisions. Ensure the benefit programs are represented positively to employees.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAnticipates internal and/or external communication challenges, recommends process, product or service improvements across multiple communication channels. Resolves and simplify the access to benefits information across internal and external platforms and partner with other HR stakeholders to enhance the communications process. Ensure actionable solutions and recommendations.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExecute short and long term project plans demonstrating creativity and reliability. Partners with vendors, consultants, or other internal business areas to achieve milestones and objectives.Cultivate strong relationships with key internal partners including the team, corporate communications, creative services, talent acquisition, HR Ops, etc. to ensure communication activities are conceptualized and executed with all cross-functional dependencies in mind.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMaintain industry and benefits expertise to facilitate external recognition/awards and elevate the HR brand related to benefits.
