You will be fielding inbound calls servicing Checking Accounts, Savings Accounts, Money Markets and CD\u0027s. You will be helping our valued customers to open these accounts, troubleshoot issues they may have, transfer funds, send out official bank checks etc. Basically anything banking related. You must have an eye for detail and accuracy! \u003Cbr\u003E \u003Cbr\u003E Additionally responsible for handling complex customer service inquiries and problems for three or more call-type functions via telephone, digital, or chat channels through effective communication and problems solving skills. These routine customer inquiries may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
