Administers, coordinates, and delivers training programs.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPlans, develops, and/or implements an enterprise training plan for the Payments organization. Develops the education and awareness of all employees on multiple initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPartners with T\u0026D to maintain consistency of content across the company.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelops, designs, and leads training programs based on organizational needs. Collaborates with the business to design and develop training content. Ensures appropriate training assignment and tracking.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EFacilitates courses and learning sessions with employees and contractors.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEnsures records are accurate and properly documents training activities. Partners with the Payments business to assign, monitor, and report on training activities.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManages delivery of all content needed to ensure the staff is applying the same standards and procedures.
