Responsible for leveraging adtech and media capabilities to deliver relevant advertising messages to the appropriate consumers at the right time in the right channel. Partners with media agencies and analytics teams to optimize brand campaigns leveraging new capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of digital media testing plan, test design, audience selection, and delivery. Drives alignment on test design and delivery across Brand marketing teams.
  • Works through analytics and media agency to provide key performance indicator measurement recommendations. Develops the success criteria to measure against.
  • Develops relationships and tactical execution plans with external media agencies and technology partners. Organizes new initiative pitches into frameworks to evaluate opportunities and develop recommendations.
  • Executes new partnerships through the contractual onboarding process. Manages legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements to ensure appropriate compliance across all channels.
  • Identifies and evaluates external vendors to build the digital optimization roadmap

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, heres what we need from you:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Quantitative disciplines, Engineering, Science, Statistics, Economics, Advertising, Communication, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media segmentation and testing, Addressable media, Design and analysis of experiments, or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media segmentation and testing, Addressable media, Design and analysis of experiments, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, wed also look for:

  • Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Quantitative disciplines, Engineering, Science, Statistics, Economics, Advertising, Communication, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media segmentation and testing, Addressable media, Design and analysis of experiments, or related field
