The Director plans and develops strategy with partners that can help to create positive customer experiences while increasing revenue. They act as the main point of contact for key internal and external partners and will collaborate with internal stakeholders, merchants and technology partners to accomplish business goals.\u003Cbr\u003E \u003Cbr\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELead key merchant partnerships, collaborate with partners, run joint programs to increase Discover sales share.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDrive Mobile Wallet adaption among Discover customers, work with partners to dive accountprovisioning and spend programs, increase Discovers market share.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECoordinate top digital media partnerships across the various Discover businesses, establishand track enterprise wide scorecard for each partner, consolidate key initiatives across thebusiness, facilitate the development of enterprise priorities for each partner and track progress towards them. Manage partner meetings, including QBRs, yearly planning,contracting, etc.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManages associated partner relationships and effectively facilitates theCard/Network/merchant partnerships.
