Description: Description About the Position: The Service Delivery Team Administrator will be responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support, primarily to the Head of Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) in the US, and secondarily to the US members of the Service Delivery Leadership Team and the broader ESD management team located in the US.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): The role will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that may change from time to time, but will help to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the US ESD organization. At times it will operate under direction and at other times expected to operate autonomously. Typical tasks will include (but are not limited to):


Assist in the planning and scheduling of meetings and conference room bookings; create agendas and capture detailed minutes/actions

Organize calendar/s and schedule appointments as required

Communication skills, including the composition and distribution of email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports

Order office supplies; maintain office provisions inventory

Maintain contact lists

Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries

Reconcile and submit expense reports

Provide general support to visitors as needed

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Provide general support to senior colleagues on specific initiatives as needed

Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Required:
Educated to degree level, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 5+ years of experience providing senior management support within a team High level understanding of the various functions, processes and systems in an IS Service Delivery environment is desirable but not required Fluency in Microsoft Office applications required; PowerPoint, Excel and Word Capabilities
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Administrative writing skills

Possess the highest level of integrity and confidentiality regarding organizational and company-confidential information
