Description: Description About the Position: The Service Delivery Team Administrator will beresponsible for providing all aspects of administrative support, primarily tothe Head of Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) in the US, and secondarily to theUS members of the Service Delivery Leadership Team and the broader ESDmanagement team located in the US.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Therole will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that may changefrom time to time, but will help to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-dayoperations of the US ESD organization. At times it will operate under direction and at other times expected tooperate autonomously. Typical tasks willinclude (but are not limited to): Assist in the planningand scheduling of meetings and conference room bookings; create agendas and capturedetailed minutes/actions Organize calendar/sand schedule appointments as required Communicationskills, including the composition and distribution of email, correspondencememos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in thepreparation of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports Order officesupplies; maintain office provisions inventory Maintain contactlists Arrange domesticand international travel itineraries Reconcile and submitexpense reports Provide generalsupport to visitors as needed Act as the point ofcontact for internal and external clients Liaise withexecutive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queriesfrom senior managers Provide generalsupport to senior colleagues on specific initiatives as needed
Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Required:
Educatedto degree level, or an equivalentcombination of education, training, and experience 5+years of experience providing senior management support within a team Highlevel understanding of the various functions, processes and systems in an ISService Delivery environment is desirable but not required Fluencyin Microsoft Office applications required; PowerPoint, Excel and Word Capabilities Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Administrative writing skills Possess the highest level of integrity and confidentiality regarding organizationaland company-confidential information
