Description: Description About the Position: This role will coordinate, monitor and track critical talent and diversity programs (e.g., Accelerated Development Program (ADP); External Development Programs, Employee Resource Groups, etc.). It will also build and analyze associated reports, scorecards and surveys to ensure program success.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Accelerated Development Program: Coordinate all logistics associated with the ADP including assessment and selection process, development opportunities, on-going program execution and external partners. First point of contact for ADP leaders and participants for general program inquiries. Develop and deliver standard communications to leaders and participants. Manage all budget aspects of ADP including invoices, cost allocations, etc. Track and report on all ADP data in a consistent format ensuring accuracy and ease of use. General Talent and Diversity Initiatives: Partner with Talent/ Diversity Specialists and People Analytics group to determine, build and execute reporting needs. Research, analyze and present data in an easy to understand format with clear information tailored to the audience. Coordinate logistics associated with all large group sessions or critical meetings (e.g., fall talent meeting, annual talent cycle, ERG Summit , etc.). Manage all aspect of department’s budget including invoices, p-card charges, sponsorships, external vendors, etc.
Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task on a variety of initiatives with attention to detail. Basic project management and/or data analysis experience preferred. Demonstrates confidence, credibility, good judgment and decision making.
