Description: Description About the Position:
This role requires Supervising, planning and coordinating the assignments of personnel engaged in support activities for the Electric and Gas Operations Organization in Upstate New York and New England.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Serve as liaison between Electric and Gas Operations and internal Company departments and external customers. Assign, plan, schedule, coordinate and audit the daily activities of the Support Services personnel.

Supervise and review the completion of all mandated forms, reports and Company required documentation to insure compliance with all regulatory agencies and internal departments.

Monitor STORMS backlog to insure timely completion of electric work requests, meter sets, and fitting installations.

Facilitate the efficient and accurate processing of timesheets from a centralized location.

Oversee the process of managing requirements, easements, petitions, grants, property damage, 4-part work requests and other associated activities that support the Electric and Gas Operations Organization.

Support and help drive the standardization of processes and approaches across Support Services operational activities.

Drive performance of the Work Support group through the utilization of end to end process metrics. Set expectations of continuous improvement.

Assist with Scheduling and tracking of regulatory training reports for Support Services

Assist and support the Work Completion Group to ensure that emergency/confirming work is correctly received, closed and updated in systems and progressed to financial closeout in a timely manner.

Supervise and monitor support activities during storm emergencies.

Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Required:
· Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred · 3-5 years qualifying experience OR equivalent experience. · Planning skills including the ability to prioritize assignment
· Knowledge of Company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, safety codes and labor agreement.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Proven excellent interpersonal skills including human resource management skills.
