We are seeking a Sr. Field Service Engineer.
This position will be based out of a home office, open to location in the United States. As a member of the North America Field Service Engineering team, this Field Service Engineer (FSE) will integrate with Carrier Transicold and dealer sales teams to strengthen relationships with end-user customers by supporting fleet technical needs associated with new unit sales and existing installs. The FSE will lead and facilitate product and application technical support, training and service solutions across a multi-state territory, and will serve as Voice of the Customer (VOC) to ensure engineering and quality resources act to address customer requests and issues.

Responsibilities Include:
Present product technical features/benefits to existing and potential customers; train dealer and end-user customer operators and technical resources on product operation and service procedures; provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) input to marketing, product engineering, and manufacturing on product performance, customer usage, and desired features; demonstrate professional customer service skills to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to provide timely resolution to product and application issues; provide field reports with detailed information and inspection results to assist engineering, manufacturing and quality teams with corrective action efforts; and ensure the dealer service network follows company policy and procedures when performing service and warranty repairs.



Qualifications

Technical knowledge of transport refrigeration systems and application practices, experience with service shop procedures, demonstrated management/leadership competency, conflict resolution experience, strong presentation skills, and highly adaptable to changing requirements.

Education
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience, in the transport refrigeration industry.
