These activities include, influencing todays design/fab/test via the use of validated models and to support fleet sustainment in concert with a set of modern testers at several facilities, and advanced maintenance processes utilizing non\-destructive inspection \(NDI\) methods\. These team members shall integrate with technically strong, proactive department associates to interact with customer and group personnel to identify, communicate, resolve, monitor, and document mission issues, lessons learned, and corrective actions associated with transportation surety and related realization activities\. The department utilizes an intellectually diverse team oriented, accelerated learning, and performance risk based approach to have a positive impact on TSSP product for various customer missions\.

All 6620 organizations are preparing for a significant increase in realization activities for several key TSSP projects and in particular for the MGT\. Staff is needed to participate in post CDR/BDR development, design and qualification via simulation of transportation performance in various environments/scenarios at the system and subsystem levels\. The individuals selected shall;

+ Lead and/or participate in the development of model\-based simulations \(structural dynamics\) for upcoming TSSP new product deployment\.

+ Lead and/or participate in developing an enhanced model validation approach \(with combined effects\) to improve performance predictability of emerging TSSP product for life time operations\.

+ Support the integration and deployment of various TSSP products into SGT/MGT transportation systems\.

+ Peer review designs and qualification strategy of various TSSP subsystems and components\.

+ Participate in developing the TSSP strategy for new technology/product development beyond what is being delivered in the next 10 years\.

+ Support TSSP special projects as they emerge with emphasis on new model validation techniques\.
