Description: Description The Program Manager,(Senior)Strategy / Performance Management position assists the Director, Strategy and Performance Management in interfacing with all functions to deliver positive financial results, regulatory outcomes, operational performance, attainment of capital investment plan, and positive stakeholder engagement for the electric transmission, electric generation, and wholesale natural gas businesses S/he will develop and evaluate performance metrics, manage reporting and assurance processes, and provide analysis and recommendations for strategy development and business planning for the Jurisdiction. Key Accountabilities: Manage and evaluate performance assessment with regard to: Financial results consistent with defined target Regulatory outcomes to allow attainment of financial targets Operational performance consistent with jurisdictional metrics Approved capital investment plan Positive and effective external relations with regulators, ISOs, government officials, external stakeholders and the media Strategic plan, incorporating business and community trends. Interface with and support coordination of the virtual team, including all operations, customer, network strategy, finance, regulatory, shared services, government, media, employee communications, SHE, legal and HR leads. Track, evaluate and evolve jurisdictional performance indicators across all parts of the company under continuous review; perform analysis on performance within the framework of established policies, regulatory agreements and in view of key risks facing the business. Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with business functions to assess service levels are maintained and within budgeted guidelines. Lead on reporting and assurance processes working with Director. Maintain continuous alignment of jurisdiction objectives with overall strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify programs to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent. Assist Director, Strategy and Performance Management in the management of initiatives directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives. Manage business operating cycle elements for Jurisdiction. Monitor and evaluate recognized company management systems and assess consistent application of procedures and processes necessary to identify and address risks and maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements as well as set a framework for continuous improvements.

Monitor, evaluate and evolve information management systems to provide an effective, consistent approach to performance reporting and improvement planning. Provide advice to counterparts in the data analysis function on data collection, analysis, and performance reporting to ensure that regulatory requirements and internal business needs are met. Cultivate successful working relationships with respective Jurisdiction colleagues to ensure consistent operational performance support, especially in key areas such as policy, strategy and information systems.
Knowledge & Experience Required:

Understand the changing regulatory environment in which the Company will be operating.

Financial and analytical skills

Excellent organization skills, ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks

Strong process management experience

Excellent leadership skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong understanding of regulation

Strong Knowledge of US/State regulatory frameworks and an understanding of the respective jurisdictional company entities.

Knowledge of specific Company regulatory data reporting and recordkeeping requirements.

Experience in strategy, risk identification, performance management and reporting

Operational and strategic experience in one or more disciplines in an electric/gas utility

Qualifications Required:

A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or engineering and at least 3 years for the Program Manager and 5 years of business experience for the Senior Program Manager..

Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, performance management, reporting.

Demonstrated ability to work well across all company functions with staff from a diverse range of backgrounds and experience.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Expertise in relevant software e.g, Microsoft Office projects, with knowledge of data management and record keeping.

Strong knowledge of relevant industry practice, trends within the industry.
