We seek a dedicated individual to oversee the efficient daily operation of the facility by supervising and coordinating all shift operations personnel under the direction of the Facility Manager. Will establish and implement operating procedures, programs and schedules. Will maintain records of plant operations, including normal operation, changes and abnormalities, and reports to the Facility Manager as needed.

In addition, will supervise five Shift Supervisors, handle staffing, personnel issues, conducting performance evaluations, maintaining inventory of operating supplies, monitoring the effectiveness of preventative maintenance procedures; implement operator training and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of plant equipment.

To be considered for this position you must have 5 years supervisory experience in operations/maintenance of a steam/electric generating facility.

An ASME QRO License is also required. Prior Resource Recovery experience is a plus.
