The SDCI organization is seeking an Operational Military Field Integration Manager with strong communication and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage (direct and indirectly) tracked safety items, integrate field war readiness effectiveness level (WRE) recovery activities, integrate field limits and repairs priority / integration across CIPTs and GSE organizations, as well as, coordinate compass vector / engine analytical condition inspections. This high visibility position will manage technical decisions to meet budget and schedule requirements. Drive depot turn time improvements, technical data updates and improve engine metrics (weight, performance, cost, durability), manage technical risk and deploy requirements that differentiate our products from the competition.

Key Deliverables:
  • Manage top technical issues
  • Communicate task priorities and status to Module Center and Program senior management, the USAF, PW Program Chief Engineers and the Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPT) to ensure execution to commitments
  • Prioritize repair and field support activities to facilitate engine builds
  • Monitor Waivers, Deficiency Reports
  • Participating in multi module center field investigations requiring knowledge
of engine systems and components
  • Incorporate field learning (pacer, ACI, depot) into Logistics Program Management, Repair and Engineering standard work tool improvements & predictions
  • Monitor and improve Engine Life Management Metrics including WRE.
Qualifications The individual must demonstrate strong technical communication skills, teamwork & leadership skills. A track record of delivering results in a cross-functional team environment and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of management is critical. The candidate should also have successful experience managing cost, budget and risk requirements.

All candidates must be US Citizen.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required and 10+ years of aerospace experience. Advanced engineering or business degree is preferred.
