The Military Repairs Programs Integration Lead in Global Services Engineering (GSE) is responsible for leading the program planning and execution for the development of service repairs and related Engineering services on targeted programs.

The selected candidate is expected to ensure the organization executes awarded contracts on schedule and within budget and will work closely with the Business Lead for the assigned programs. The Integration Lead is the primary communication medium for the GSE’s external and internal customers, including, the Program PMO’s, CIPT’s, Customer Support, other Disciplines, and the USAF/JPO/foreign military organizations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assures Military GSE meets short, medium, and long-term metrics, objectives, and goals of assigned repairs programs.

  • Supports Business Lead in development of overall rationale for repair and support equipment recommendations via Crystal Ball, Roadmap, and other venues.

  • Supports Business Lead in the structuring and preparation of military Contract Proposals.

  • Plans and executes recurring Repair Conferences for assigned programs.

  • Supports OMM load, budgets, EV, task waterlines for assigned programs.

  • Defines and manages aggregate deliverables for assigned programs.

  • Develops and communicates individual program strategies and direction to GSE and supporting departments.

  • Primary point-of-contact for all internal and external customers on assigned programs (except contract and business issues).

    This Engineering role provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in program management and integration, while retaining application of prior Engineering Discipline experience.


Minimum 5 years of Engineering experience. The ideal candidate will possess aftermarket, program management, and/or Military Engines organization experience. Demonstrated organization skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

Exposure to EVMS systems a plus.

Education Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. A Masters degree in a business discipline would be a plus.
