  • Fulfill cash management obligations related to UT Finance, Pratt & Whitney Engine Leasing and Leaseco payments, receipts and invoicing, including maintenance of amortization schedules for UT Finance loans.

  • Assist with Bank Account Registry (BAR) administration for all Pratt & Whitney entities and support yearly Foreign Bank Account Reporting requirements

  • Assist with developing the annual dividend plan and help to ensure that plan is executed accordingly; Maintain 100% participation rate of Pratt entities in the UTC Dividend Program

  • Perform and maintain centralized System Administrator functions for Pratt entities utilizing Citibank and JPMorgan Chase e-banking platforms including entitlement audits for PW entities

  • Promote the ACE culture through daily use of the ACE Operating system and drive process improvements following ACE principles. ACE Co-Lead for P&W Treasury.

  • Prepare and submit Management Letter and OMM forecasts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash and Customer Financing

  • Assist new subsidiaries, joint ventures and current Pratt entities with setting up and maintaining bank accounts and assist UTC Treasury in all bank account initiatives, including incorporating accounts into the UTC Cash Concentration system and transitioning bank accounts to UTC relationship banks where possible.

  • Establish all Letters of Credit/Bank Guarantees on behalf of Pratt & Whitney entities while obtaining lowest pricing and ensuring standard procedures for issuing letters of credit are followed to mitigate risks

  • Work with Pratt & Whitney Canada to benchmark best practices and identify synergies

  • Look for opportunities for process improvements in P&W Treasury while maintaining controls.

  • Support cash disbursement checklist reviews of new and existing entities.

  • Analyze and provide backup data for quarterly Finance Committee presentations of Aerospace Industry Exposure

  • Lead in the timely administration of completed financing transactions administration, including amortization spreadsheet preparation, rate setting and payment invoicing/tracking.

  • Support quarterly and yearly reporting requirements including CFA exhibits, Guarantee Disclosures, Aviation Insurance Data Collection and other miscellaneous reporting

  • Assist in the administration of Foreign Exchange and Intercompany Lending and ensure that P&W Treasury is the focal point for Intercompany Deposits/Loans

  • Treasury project work and analysis as required
