An F117 Quality Inspector is responsible for ongoing Quality Assurance inspection activities and coordination with associate QA inspection team members for ongoing multiple F117 Quality Assurance activities. The Quality Inspector will work closely with Lead Inspectors, Peer Inspectors, Logistics Program Management, Materials Specialists, Process & Methods Engineers, Operations and Records Management staff to ensure closely integrated and dynamic engagement is undertaken to produce the highest quality product.

The selected candidate must be able to:

�Communicate, and institute quality initiatives within the organization
�Build and maintain productive relationships with fellow P&W staff and US Air Force, Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center civilian and military counterpart supervisors and technicians
�Closely work with F117 Lead Inspectors in accomplishing a broad range of QA functions
�Comprehend and continually be cognizant of ongoing QA Inspection activities and task prioritization
�Support Root Cause Corrective action for escapes and assist with obtaining real-time QCPC data
�Perform QA Process Audits on existing Engine tasks as well as devise revisions to current processes
�Timely completion of OJT with associate P&W QA team members on quality or process concerns is paramount
�Coordinate with F117 QA Analysis on resolving problematic metrics
�Identify and scrutinize departmental procedures and standard work for accuracy and enhanced oversight
�Participate and communicate in Continuous Improvement activities throughout the HMC

�Adjust to shifting schedule priorities and perform other work associated duties as assigned
�Overtime to support Quality/Production activities and/or moving to another work shift is possible
�Individual will be working on a major Dept. of Defense military installation, and will be subject to any and all applicable DoD driving and security restrictions on the installation and must submit to random security/vehicle inspections at any time, in conjunction with U.S. National Security Interests
�Dependable transportation to access various worksites
�Background Investigation will be completed upon selection
�Correctable Vision and Color Vision are Mandatory
�Manual Dexterity with Arms/Hands & ability to climb platforms/maintenance stands are Mandatory
