Product Delivery Center - International Operations Intern will support coordination and integration of processes involved with the startup of an Assembly & Test (A&T) site and/or implementation of special processes aimed at process optimization within the existing Engine Center A&T locations.

Support the NEO (PW1100) A&T site ramp up at MTU Munich, Germany

Actively participate in daily production meeting with focus on turnback capturing, analysis and elimination.

Co-lead kaizen events focused on (PW-MTU) business and assembly process improvements

Join “Working Group” (test, assembly, quality, materials) meetings and monitor overall health

Support Special Test Equipment integration coordination

Work with IT group to develop solutions for technical data flow (e.g. Test procedures)

Track material flow and turnback elimination (milk-run through delivery to MTU)

Assignment does not require any travel

Support the F135 FACO site ramp up at IHI Mizuho, Japan and MRJ (PW1200) site start-up at MHI Nagoya, Japan

Integrate into the “Working Group” teams, overseeing communication and action item closure

Lead Value Stream initiatives to identify opportunities for lead-time reduction and turnback elimination

Assignment does not require any travel

Support and participate in Product Delivery Center EHS and Quality initiatives / teams
