What We’ll Bring To The Table: An opportunity to work on jet engines!A chance to build your network of technical resources & engineering expertsA chance to boldly innovate and deliver mind-boggling results What You Could Be Doing: Conducting performance tests and stress analyses Creating layouts, sketches, and blueprintsApplication of research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.Multidisciplinary research and collaboration with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems software.Optimize designs for cost, weight, and performanceDevelop process and methodology improvements Monitor instrumented rig and engine tests to collect data to validate/calibrate analytical resultsResearch, design, and development in such areas as mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, thermodynamic, or heat transfer for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy. Engineering Organizations: Columbus, GA Engineering Team Engineering Focus Areas: Project/Design Engineering What You’ll Bring To The Table: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required 3.0 GPA minimum required Previous Engineering internships preferred Firm grasp of engineering fundamentals
