Reports to the Maintenance Manager. Performs various electrical and instrument checks and calibrations as assigned. 

Assignments include, but are not limited to:

 Electrical and instrument calibrations, 

  • Trouble shooting and repair, 
  • Pulling wiring for new electrical and instrumentation systems and 
  • Renewing old systems,
  • Disconnecting and connecting electrical devices and controls. 
  • Programing new instrumentation devices 

Must be available for call-in and overtime as needed. Performs duties in a safe and efficient manner. 

Has the knowledge, ability, and skills to perform the tasks required.



A valid State of Oregon Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant or General Journeyman Individual Electrical License is required. 

Ability to program PLCs trouble shoot and repair power plant instrumentation and electrical equipment. 

Experience with high voltage equipment. 

Ability to read and understand Blue print. 

Ability to work in confined spaces and high elevations.

  • Good health.
  • Vision and depth perception testing may be required.

New hires will be required to pass a physical and submit to a drug test.
