Hot Section Engineering is looking for an entry level mechanical and / or aerospace engineer to support design efforts across the entire PW product line. Hot Section Engineering is responsible for the development of engine components ranging from the combustor, to turbine rotors and airfoils, to major structural cases which operate at substantially elevated temperatures. This design activity spans all of PW's products ranging from the venerable TF33, JT8D engines to the state of the art military and commercial engines like the F135 engine powering the 5th generation steath F-35 Joint Strike Fighter to the NGPF family of engines which incorporates the revolutionary Geared Turbofan architecture.

PW is experiencing explosive growth in commercial engine volumes and is the industry leader in the development and fielding of military fighter engines setting the stage for tremendous opportunities and career growth for many years to come.
Qualifications Prior internships / Co-op experience in the aerospace industry is highly desired. Education Baccalaureate Degree of Science for Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

GPA 3.0 or greater (on a 4.0 basis)
