Description: Description About the Position: Develop the Performance Standard: Evolve the approach to performance drumbeat to ensure effective goal alignment, prioritization and KPI and target setting across National Grid. Lead strategy development for Performance Excellence and E2E process operating model in National Grid in order to drive consistent implementation across the organization and transform to a continuous improvement and performance culture. Hold businesses accountable to deliver against the strategy and roadmap. Develop the National Grid approach to best practice sharing. Own and develop the National Grid community of practice.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Build and establish the National Grid Performance & Process standard Support its implementation and assure that it has been adopted by each business Build the strategy for the National Grid Performance Excellence community of practice (top 20, top 100, top 500) Set the Entreprise process model for National Grid Set the strategy for process and performance excellence across the business: Own and shape the process and performance excellence roadmap Create the capability build across all levels of the business Assure the PEx journey for each business Evolve the approach to process management and ownership Develop the approach to best practice sharing & benchmarking across National Grid, and demonstrate the value
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required:
Knowledge of National Grid’s businesses, operations and organizational structure. Knowledge of process management, performance excellence, and lean operations. Understanding of system thinking and how to drive performance. Experience of embedding and sustaining change. Ability to influence senior leaders. Ability to assimilate information to provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Bachelor's degree
