We are seeking a Facilities Technologist\-\-PM and O&M Planner/Scheduler have primary accountability for the Maintenance Planning process\.



On any given day, you may be called on to:



+ Perform tasks in Asset identification process\.

+ Participate in O&M Strategy, RCM, and O&M Optimization processes\.

+ Develop Maximo PMs, job plans, standard times, and frequencies for operations, predictive maintenance, and preventive maintenance tasks based on O&M Strategy decisions\.

+ Ensure accuracy and consistency of Master Equipment List \(MEL\) in Maximo\.

+ Work closely with O&M Planners, Building Operators, and Maintenance Teams as the SME for PM/CM job plans to ensure accurate and thorough work packages that are ready for scheduling and execution\.

+ Identify area/site and equipment related ES&H hazards and notify Safety Plan Technologist as needed\.

+ Review all incoming \(WAPPR\) work orders or generating service requests or work orders for assigned maintenance teams in a timely manner\.

+ Determine level of planning needed based on identified area, asset, and/or task\-related hazards\.

+ Conduct field scoping as necessary\.

+ Develop corrective maintenance job plans\.

+ Detail the work orders \(work type, priority, target start, JSHE/Access codes, job plan, estimated time, labor, materials, etc\.\)\.

+ Initiate and/or obtain permits and coordinate planning of planned outages, impairments as necessary\.

+ Modify/clarify work plan as necessary\.

+ Reserve/order materials as necessary\.

+ Send work orders to O&M Teams\.

+ Scheduling includes: Develop basic scheduling model for each assigned maintenance team based on work type and priority historical data and team role\. Obtain weekly projected craft availability from Maintenance Team Leaders\. Develop weekly schedule based on craft availability and priority of work in backlog\. Meet specified deadline for publishing schedule of the week\. Publish schedules by area as assigned\.

+ Lead monthly backlog reviews with Maintenance Team Leaders and Operations Lead\.



Required:



+ 5 years experience as a Machine Repair Tradesperson\.

+ Experienced with mill, lathe, press, and other machine tool equipment deploying and providing operational support in field environments\.

+ Experience with performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and provide corrective actions on CNC machine tools, manual machine tools, and other facility equipment\.

+ Experience using CMMS or similar software system for asset management and work order systems\.

+ Active US DOE L security clearance



Desired:



+ Associates Degree in Machine Tool, Electronics, Manufacturing or Electronic Engineering Technology\.

+ Five \(5\) year Approved Apprenticeship Program Certification\.

+ Possess an active State Journeyman License\.

+ Experience using Maximo or similar Software System for asset management and work order systems\.

+ Experience in a Reliability Centered Maintenance \(RCM\) environment\. Proficient in MS Office Suite \(Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc\.\)

+ Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills\. Strong conflict resolution skills to interact with all levels of internal and external customers\.



Department Description:



The Maintenance Planning Team is responsible for planning and scheduling of all work for the Centralized Maintenance teams in the Infrastructure Operations Center, 4700\. This includes creating a complete work package for each job to include a detailed scope of work, materials needed, hazards associated with the work and controls needed to mitigate the hazards\. In addition, this group collects, trends, and analyzes predictive maintenance data to determine equipment condition and implementation of condition\-based maintenance work\. They develop and analyze key maintenance performance indicators including quarterly dashboard, monthly department measures, and quarterly RTBF metrics\.
