The Pratt & Whitney Oklahoma City Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) F1117 Materials Analyst will be responsible for tracking parts to include the identification of any part shortages by engine to ensure that the production schedule is met. The position is responsible for identification of parts and the appropriate codes. The position is also responsible for assisting with parts reconciliation in a timely, complete and accurate manner and will be responsible for assisting with the expediting of materials to and from the shop floor. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinating the parts tracking process on the shop floor.
- Using SAP to reconcile parts, coordinate part swaps, exchanges, reconcile Kits, perform research on material, process orders, and navigate SAP transactions to resolve reoccurring issues.
- Develop Excel spreadsheets reflecting data driven requirements or material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels.
- Participating in material review meetings, update weekly and monthly status’s for materials, and be able to talk to specific issues within the HMC.
- Research and locate material within the Illustrated Parts Data
- Assisting with coordinating the routing of parts to outside vendors and to internal repair.
- Assisting with reconciliation to ensure that all part requirements identified at the close of Gate 1 (disassembly) is recorded and accurate.
- Track all material required for Gate 2 (parts requirements) for kitting and ensures kitting is completed in a timely manner.
- Provide materials support for Gate 3 (assembly) and Gate 4 (Test Cell)
- Working closely with Operations Personnel and others in the F117 Materials Department on a daily basis.
- Participate in assigned ACE events and implement continuous improvement projects for the F117 Materials section.
- Provide materials support to other HMC’s as required.
- Review SAP analysis and Bill of Material to develop kitting layouts for new cart requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors on kit cart requirements.
- Participating in teams, committees, events and training that improve the HMC organization and support achieving Cell and Site ACE objectives.
- Coordinate with delivery assurance personnel, Third Party Logistics, and Wage Grade personnel.
