The F119 Systems Design and Component Integration (SDCI) organization is seeking a self-starting individual with strong teamwork skills to be the Design Integration Manager for the Cold Section Engineering systems lead. In this role, the candidate will lead and organize all activities involving F119 Design Integration, interfacing with the internal component groups (CIPT), Program Office and the United States Air Force customer.

Activities will include supporting Component Improvement Program (CIP) tasks, field support and responding to specific engineering issues involving cross functional teams.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of five years of experience in Aerospace with exceptional communication, results and organization skills along with demonstrated teamwork and strategic leadership skills.
US citizenship is required to work on the F119 program.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidate must have a track record for delivering results in a cross-functional team environment. Knowledge of the F119 engine is preferred but not required.

Education BS in Engineering or equivalent is required. Advanced engineering or business degree is preferred but not required.
