The F119 Systems Design and Component Integration (SDCI) organization is seeking a self-starting individual with strong teamwork skills to be the Design Integration Manager for turbines and oil lubrication systems lead. In this role, the candidate will lead and organize all activities involving F119 Design Integration, interfacing with the internal component groups (CIPT), Program Office and the United States Air Force customer.

Activities will include supporting Component Improvement Program (CIP) tasks; field support and responding to specific engineering issues involving cross functional teams.

The candidate will also be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsible for cost and schedule activities using the Earned Value System.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent is required and 5+ years of aerospace experience
  • US citizenship is required to work on the F119 program
  • Occasional travel is required (10%)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced engineering or business degree is preferred but not required
  • This position requires exceptional communication, results and organization skills
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong teamwork and strategic leadership skills and have a track record for delivering results in a cross-functional team environment
  • Knowledge of the F119 engine is preferred but not required
Education
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent is required and 5+ years of aerospace experience
