Job Summary: Compression Systems Engineering is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its team as a Fan Deputy Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) Leader. The Deputy CIPT Leader will be the Level 3 WBS Owner for an Advanced Military Engine Program. The CIPT Deputy will be responsible for the daily technical design execution, integration, and analysis and reporting of Earned Value cost and schedule performance for their team within the CIPT. In this role, you will have direct interfacing opportunities with our United States Airforce Customer.

Qualified candidates need to be able to be technically competent, communicate effectively and coordinate between a diverse team of individuals. CIPT Deputies should also be customer focused to ensure that the team meets the aggressive demands of this military compliance program. Education/Experience:

BS in Engineering Required. MS/MBA preferred

8-10 years of relevant job experience required

Strong analytical, problem-solving and trending skills

Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion

Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations and all levels of management

Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g. ACE, FMEA,QCPC)

Knowledge of our Program Management toolsets (SAP, Primavera, Dassian, eCSVAR)
