OCE Program office is seeking an Integration associate to interface on the tactical aspects of spare parts delivery across OCE Programs. The Integration associate is the interface between Module Centers & Operations (MC&O), Global Supply Chain (GSC), and CE Customer Solutions to assure part quality / delivery are getting necessary attention to meet shop TAT. A successful candidate will address overdue deliveries and risk items working across the value stream. Work with GSC, internal business units and external suppliers to implement part delivery process improvements. This is a dynamic, high volume, high interaction role where organization and communication skills are paramount.

Program Integration associate has the following responsibilities:

  • Work across P&W to resolve current part shortages
  • Develop systemic approach to evaluate potential future part shortages and implement early action to preclude such part shortages
  • Drive a holistic part supply solution accounting for factors such as “used serviceable” part availability, 3rd party material providers, repair yields, etc.
  • Participate in weekly priority meeting like Heat Map, Tiger Teams and identify parts that may fall in gaps between processes
  • Develop & maintain robust processes to communicate part delivery commits
  • Implement innovative means by which to identify and subsequently mitigate potential issues relative to delivery
  • Interface with respective executives relative to issue mitigation, as required
  • Working with Aftermarket, create and maintain five year spare part forecast

Additional responsibilities:

  • Tracking critical parts for the program that have been identified, communicate customer needs and work stop dates, provide MRP recovery analysis, monitor daily deliveries, investigate missed promises and communicate new delivery stream
  • Supporting tactical requests to expedite aftermarket production hardware (i.e. providing delivery commitments, confirming that parts are stored in the warehouse, etc.)
  • Collaborating with MC&O & Requirements Planning personnel to develop strategies which ensure sufficient capacity to meet Customer demand
  • Utilizing Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) tools and processes to more efficiently achieve control tower metrics (includes, but is not limited to QCPC, MFA and standard work relative to delivery assurance functions)
  • Providing the Commercial Engines senior management team with current information of critical part status
