Description: Description About the Position: The Analyst will provide analysis and support to the Process Automation Center of Excellence team including the review, evaluation, design, development and testing of automation processes. This position supports cutting edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, enabling the development and delivery of innovative solutions that drive improved process capabilities, creates efficiencies and improved accuracy.
Position Responsibilities: Drive automation opportunity identification and assessment within the Business Services organization Function as an integrator between business and process automation technology, helping to create automation solutions to meet business needs Responsible for the definition, design, configuration, testing, deployment and integration of new, modified and/or enhanced automations Leads and/or participates in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to understand and map business processes in order to define and design automation solutions Leads and/or participates in the automation modeling process, including constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code with robotic process automation software and tools Leads and/or participates in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing Design automations based on agreed upon requirements, including inputs, process, outputs, exception paths, and error handling Ability to build relationships in order to lead and deliver improvement projects, as well as challenge and support colleagues to improve performance Support business technology within Business Services Communicate with Sponsors, key stakeholders and business partners to communicate the capabilities, goals, and benefits to the business; establish training program in coordination with vendor and internal resources as required Work with IS on infrastructure requirements and business continuity plan Design, develop, test and implement continuous improvement projects whereby process automation can be used as a tool for improving performance and efficiencies

Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Systems or equivalent required, Masters Degree preferred 3-5 years of business technical experience required; strong people, process, and business focus preferred Excellent Microsoft suite knowledge; MS Excel, MS Access and other technical skills required Knowledge of a scripting languages and proven experience with programming (VBA / HTML/ SQL) preferred Previous experience with process automation or automation technologies required Previous experience with Artificial Intelligence and cognitive learning preferred Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally Ability to perform complex and varied assignments in support of the team’s scope of work Ability to exchange complex information within team and with others Ability to identify new technology opportunities and ability to implement in existing culture and environment Excellent relationship skills supporting business clients Problem-solving abilities to work collaboratively with others to design and resolve complex issues Analytical thinking and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies Working knowledge of company systems (CSS, CRIS, SAP) preferred
