The Partnership Program Office (PPO) negotiates and manages risk and revenue sharing partnership agreements (RRSP), Joint Technology Development Agreements and Preferred Supplier Agreements in support of P&W's Commercial Engine programs.

RRSP agreements are broad, life of engine program arrangements that are key to managing overall Commercial Engine programs’ affordability. Partnership Program Managers are the primary business focal for engine program collaborators and fulfillment of partnership contract requirements.

Partnership Program Managers lead the partnership collaboration relationship including but not limited to understanding, tracking and facilitating the part delivery process including helping better understand design, quality and delivery performance issues.

PPO is seeking a motivated individual for Partnership Program Manager position, reporting to Senior Director, Partnerships. Candidates should be highly motivated, adept, independent and highly flexible while juggling various projects crossing multiple functional disciplines. An in depth understanding of the commercial engine business is very important and the candidate must possess a broad experience base in the following areas: jet engine product knowledge, contract development / administration, engine program IPMT processes, procurement processes / standard work, manufacturing / operations, basic accounting principles and business case financial analyses.

The successful candidate will lead the following activities:

  • Ensure on-time execution of partner part deliveries and part transitions.
  • Interaction with both partner and internal administrative groups to develop, implement, and continuously improve business processes to satisfy RRSP contractual requirements to include but not limited to procurement, materials, accounts payable, receivable, data reporting and licensing;
  • Coordination with internal functional groups, including Programs, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering, to build consensus and ensure required support of the collaboration relationships;
  • Preparation of key information requests from P&W senior management;
  • Fostering the continuous improvement of partnership programs and processes using ACE tools to improve performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Occasional international travel will be required (20-30%) as well as off hour meeting participation while local based in EH. Past experiences working with international partners/suppliers and/or customers is a plus. Because of the international focus of this position, the selected candidate will be requested to have or obtain an enhanced level of ITC training
