The Enterprise Capacity & Materials Planning Strategy (ECMPS) team within Pratt & Whitney is a rapidly growing organization established to assess the demand and output capacity of the entire P&W operations and supply chain network. Major functions of the ECMPS organization are Business Analytics & Decision Support, Demand & Management, Network Capacity, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP), and Master Scheduling.

The SI&OP organization is seeking an Associate Director, FP&A eager to help shape a newly formed team in an industry leading aerospace company. This role will focus on aligning SI&OP transformation strategies and requirements to improve demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning and management, and overall alignment with the Pratt & Whitney Master Production Schedule. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving results to yield enhanced revenue, customer satisfaction, on time delivery and value for the enterprise.

This position will have visibility and presentation responsibility to executive team members and senior management. Role interfaces with leadership teams across Commercial and Military Engines; requiring coordination of multiple functional support groups such as Programs, Operations & Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Sales, IT, and Finance.

As a member in the SI&OP team, you will be working to solve highly complex demand and supply chain management problems. Objective is to provide business solutions through data aggregation and advanced analytics for: (1) Strategic Tradeoff’s and Allocations, (2) Integrated business plan prioritization, (3) White space scenarios and gap analyses, (4) integrated financial planning, and (5) producer network and materials optimization. Strong business acumen, operations, and a data analytics background required.

Specific responsibilities for this position includes:
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, aggregate and structure data, provide strategic analysis, and make recommendations on your findings
• Work with the SI&OP management team in trending, forecasting, strategic planning, and data analysis
• Facilitate discussion between internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve SI&OP, Maser Production Schedule, and financial performance.
• Discuss unacceptable performance levels with appropriate parties and participate in developing corrective actions
• Maintain appropriate performance records, including SI&OP information, top issues and mitigation activities, and other pertinent information as assigned
Use Policy Deployment and ACE/process improvement tools to track and improve processes within area of responsibility
