The Associate Director, Security will be an integral part of the Compliance Investigations team, and will partner with other members of the company and play a leadership role in the strategic development and implementation of company-wide international trade compliance and ethics and compliance policies and programs. This covers all applicable aspects of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and related statutes and regulations.

The selected candidate will be a member of the Legal, Compliance and Contracts organization and will report to the Senior Counsel, Compliance Investigations.

The Investigations Intake Manager will be responsible for:
Reviewing reports of potential violations of international trade compliance laws/policies or ethics and compliance policies for Pratt & Whitney, performing a preliminary investigation (including employee interviews, working with subject matter experts, and review of previous matters), and determining if there is a reasonable suspicion that any such violation occurred;
Assigning matters to attorneys and providing a comprehensive package of intake materials when a violation of law has occurred or is suspected;
Drafting detailed closing summaries for intake reports not requiring further inquiry;
Managing the workload for the investigators and attorneys within the group and assisting in the tracking of the groups investigation matters within UTCs electronic matter management tool;
Assisting in the development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of standard work and processes for intake and investigations; and
Working collaboratively with members of the International Trade Compliance team and business colleagues to identify root causes and robust corrective actions for potential escapes.| *Education / Certifications
