Aftermarket Operations overhaul and repair facilities along with partners and customers support thousands of engine shop visits around the world each year. The Aftermarket Operations Strategy team is looking for an individual to develop and lead the “Strategic Review Board” process. The “Strategic Review Board” goal is to identify key trends, challenge, opportunities, and recommended action for Aftermarket Operations. The Aftermarket Operations Strategy Project lead will work closely with Aftermarket overhaul and repair businesses around the world in developing strategic analysis and recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Experience developing strong working relationships with business units, operational, supply chain, licensing and finance focals in order to both lead and support cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, and global team members in cross-matrixed organization
  • Prioritize multiple objectives while still meeting near-term and long-term deadlines
  • Develop standard work and templates to support strategic 5 year analysis
  • Identify key aftermarket challenges, opportunities and recommended actions facing a particular business/facility, engine program or part family repair.
  • Work with relevant facilities to create a current and future state perspective as well as actionable recommendations/initiatives.
  • Project management and strategic analysis experience
  • Ability to review/absorb large amounts of data and connect recurring issues or trends and extract key messages/potential solutions for leadership team
  • Ability to both support and lead presentation of key strategic findings to senior Aftermarket leadership
