Customer Technical Support (CTS) group is seeking GTF Part Level Manager with primary responsibility for PW1000G Part Level Management. This position reports to the General Manager of Customer Technical Support. GTF Part Level Manager will lead cross functional team for all PW1000G models and work closely with MRO/Program/CIPT/GSE and provide technical data to meet MRO ship schedule, develop in-network CIR limit expansion, early technical risk management, repair availability/limits, scrap vs repair process and timely update of CIR EA documents.

Lead team of CTS engineers at MRO facilities

Coordinate EagleNet cases across all GTF MRO shops and established priority.

Identify component distress modes and features that are not adequately addressed in manuals with an effort to increase NGPF maintainability.

Conduct maintainability reviews with CIPT’s, CTS and GSE to focus on targeted limit expansion.

Work with the Service Readiness Organization for hardware priorities.

Support repair sourcing group to help identify right repair sources for GTF parts

Support engine overhaul shops for shop readiness on limits, repair and manual instructions.

Work with PW1000G partners to ensure repair/limits in place for their parts.

Report out to senior/executive management on part level management.

Review on-wing, engine shop manual and piece part accept as-is and repair limits.

Drive learning into prioritization from SRE and other engine test/teardown across the PW1000G models.

Continue develop and update Early technical risks, industrial MRP load, repair availability, scrap vs. repair decision process.


Qualification: Experience in dealing with commercial airline customers and engine overhaul shop is considered important. Good interpersonal skills and communications skills are essential. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and repair development.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering plus appropriate experience, or equivalent qualifications.
